Great Thought Leader Series: 

It it just amazing that there is so much HR thought leadership going on that the UK HR Magazine came out with a list of the the top Global thought leaders. So I spent some time reading about these folks and thought you might like this too! Just to disclaim, the original list is ranked via voting from the members.

Peter Senge: 

Peter Senge is one of the leaders of OD thought leadership - having published the Fifth Discipline where he developed the idea of a learning organization. He has had an illustrative career, and most recently is a Senior Lecturer at the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
