The Washington Post thinks HR should go away! Ouch!

I was pretty floored when I saw an article in the Washington post that suggested Small Businesses should get rid of HR! The author is talking more about how every one in an organization should focus on Talent - which I agree with. The shame is that the author apparently hasn’t seen what a Great HR group can do!
