CIPD reveals new code of conduct for HR - Should @SHRM follow ?

 

Have you ever met someone who is in HR, that is about as "un-HR" as possible?

Or even worse, have you ever met HR folks and practiced unethical or illegal HR practices? So what do you do?

The CIPD has changed their code of conduct that allows for investigation and eventual removal from CIPD designations for mis-conduct. The link to the the specifics is below.

So what do you think? If someone in HR is not good - should their SHRM membership be revoked?
