It it just amazing that there is so much HR thought leadership going on that the UK HR Magazine came out with a list of the the top Global thought leaders. So I spent some time reading about these folks and thought you might like this too! Just to disclaim, the original list is ranked via voting from the members.

Professor Edgar Schein: 

 Professor Edgar Schein, a former professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management has made a notable     mark on the organizational Development HR world! He is a graduate of Stanford, University of Chicago, and Harvard university.
