Microsoft Research has proven live translation capabilities work - when an English Speaking research spoke into a microphone and Mandarin came out.
So imagine what this will do for HR tech! Think about these applications:
1. Recruiting and interview technology! Interview international candidates and have them automatically translated.
2. Learning - translating the CBT's and lessons!
Imagine what else this could be used for!
