I was reading some studies, waiting for #HRTechconf registration to start, and came across this interesting scholar paper on measuring ROI of training. The paper doesn't do any new research or experiments - but it is probably one of the best primers I have read on how to measure Training Effectiveness. Lets put it this way - if you (like me) only knew about Kirkpatricks 4 Levels of training assessment - you ought to read this paper.
