Towers Watson released a small study that may fly under the radar, but I encourage you to look at. They used a quantitative approach to identify which countries are best to source oil and gas talent from to work in different home countries. So while the study is specific to oil and gas, the methodology could be used for other industries. Below is the link to the paper:
