Brazil health care study!

Interesting highlights from towers benchmarking

Among the companies where the cost of health care rose, the average rate of increase was 8.37%. In the previous survey, the average was 9.78%.
The median monthly per capita cost of health care plans was R$168.46, an increase of 20.6% over last year (R$139.69).
Thirty-seven percent of the surveyed companies extend health care benefits to retirees. Among them, 43% subsidize the entire plan cost or part of the plan cost.
