Research: Cubicles Are the Absolute Worst - Harvard Business Review

Employee Engagement continues to be a more pressing issue, and HBR and the university of Sydney have done some cool research of space, office configurations and how it affects engagement. The first conclusion is that Space is one of the top engagement factors (right behind bosses). 

Then when looking at space, it turns out Cubicles are not the best (okay, they titlesd it as the worst). Below is the breakout of the reasons.
