Change Management Theory - Rapid Adoption Rates - Is your HR keeping up?

Thought you would like this Graphic showing how fast adoption rates are for technology. So what is the message for HR? If we aren't changing our delivery models, we quickly are going to be out of touch. For example, I walked into a fast food restaraunt that still have a TV/VCR combination and they had an employeee watching videos... wonder what the employee thinks of the company and how "cool" they are.


Potential HR items to consider:
1. How many forms are you still using and why?
2. How do transactions occur for managers
3. How do you deliver content (e.g. newsletters, training, etc.)
