PHR Test Prep! Twitter Flash Cards #TEPHR

With the testing happening right around the corner for several thousand HR practitioners, I wanted to provide an innovative, inexpensive and easy way for folks to prep for the test. So I have built a private Twitter feed which sends out PHR prep questions, and then sends out the answers - so think of it like a modern Flash Card system.

But wait - it's more! The twitter answers also have links to public sites that have lots more detail on the answers. For instance, if you don't know what Level four of the Kirkpatrick assessment is - the twitter answer will explain it and give you a link to a website giving an overview of the entire Kirkpatrick approach.

The test is very hard (Last pass rate was 54%) so I encourage you to utilize lots of different study techniques (e.g. classroom, mock tests, studying, flash cards, etc.).
