I am gathering all sorts of content for my PHR/SPHR study series and came across this article that I loved. It is the training document that has been declassified by NASA on how to train Astronauts!

What I love is it gets into classic training theory and covers which training methods work for which types.

It covers the costs and failures of trying to find "AWESOME" astronauts who require less training, and the cost of finding "Good" astronauts and training the UP to the status of Awesome.  Pretty cool approach.
