What are CEO's in Asia focused on? Here is their talent focuses!

PWC released a great summary document of their APAC CEO summit. I encourage you to take a look at it. Here are some of the interesting data points:

• 73% of the companies are now focused on making sure their salaries are competitive.
• 57% of the companies are enhancing on apprenticeship and internship programs

Realize that the APAC summit invites CEO's from APAC - so what you are seeing is what you are competing with if you are just getting into Asia!
