HR Challenges in Emerging Markets - Cornell Working Group Paper

Steve Miranda, the Managing Director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell does a great job keeping their focus on very topical aspects, and at the same time, keeping the longer term topics on the table.

Most recently, they and American Express hosted a working group in Singapore to discuss the HR challenges in Emerging Countries. They cover everything from talent management, leadership development - to the practical issue of how to deal with a Corporate HQ not in an emerging market.
