Free HR Metric, Benchmark and Factoid Database

Ever needed a number at your fingertips? Wondered how many companies had a social media policy? Wondered if a good HR Employee to FTE ratio should be 1 to 100?

As a I read a lot of studies that are issued by companies, a lot of really good information is put out for free into the public domain. So I have started a free database on the blog for you and I to enter it into. As with anything that is an open source experiment it will be successful based on all of our participation. Plus let me know if you see anything that should be changed.
