Spain: Important Labor Law Reforms Enacted
As part of the response to the economic difficulties confronting Spain, the newly established government of Prime Minister Rajoy (of the center-right Popular Party) published a Royal Decree on February 11, 2012, that reforms the Spanish labor law.
