Attrition Rate in APAC and other benchmarks

AonHewitt did a study in Asia, and came up with some interesting benchmarks that may interesting.

The 2011 employment landscape, shaped by the positive economic outlook, presents opportunities for employees who may be seeking greener pastures. In 2010, voluntary attrition was higher across all employment levels, with overall attrition at double-digit levels in the Philippines (14.8 per cent), Malaysia (14.4 per cent), Singapore (14.1 per cent) and Thailand (10.5 per cent). Indonesia was the lowest at 9.8 per cent.
