Government HR Function - only 57% do succession planning

Booz Allen Hamilton did a study on government succession planning. They intentionally picked the HR function as the thought was of all of the functions - HR would be the function that appreciated the need for succession planning. Additionally, HR had the highest level of transfers.

The results amazed the researchers as only 57% of the HR offices practice succession planning...
